Dr Lisa Lucey, Practice Principal and Owner BDS NUI, Dip Clin Dent TCD
Dr Lisa Lucey qualified from University College Cork with honours in Restorative Dentistry, Oral Surgery and Orthodontics. She was awarded the Johnson and Johnson Prize for first place in Periodontology in her final year.
On qualifying Lisa went to the UK, where she worked in a mixed Private/NHS practice in Danbury, Essex. While in the UK, she also worked for Shell International Head Office in Waterloo, as a dentist for Shell staff . To broaden her horizons Lisa went as a Volunteer Dentist to Israel, to treat Russian and Ethiopian, orphan refugees.
Lisa returned to Ireland and worked in the HSE, treating schoolchildren, and special needs adults and children. She also worked in private practice in Greystones. Lisa completed a 2year part-time Diploma in Clinical Dentistry in Trinity, College, Dublin. Lisa is committed to Continuing Dental Education so she and her team can provide the best techniques, materials and methods for her patients and practice. She attends regular courses at home and abroad to keep abreast of the latest developments and trends in dentistry, so you can have the safest and the best. Lisa has an outgoing and friendly personality and aims to put even the most nervous patient at ease.
Dr Lucey is registered with the Irish Dental Council (membership number 3693) and is also a member of the Irish Dental Association.
